IBS History

IBS Communications, Inc. is a technology systems integrator and business solutions provider. Darryl Boozer, who is the President and Chief Executive Officer, founded IBS in 1983 because there was a growing need for computer solutions within organizations. He particularly noticed the need for solutions of operational problems evidenced in many minority businesses and organizations. Darryl conducted the original market research which in turn resulted in the decision to form this company. IBS specializes in assisting small businesses, non-profit organizations, schools, churches, state and local government agencies with the integration of technology. The company addresses the needs of these targeted markets and applies the talents, background, experience and capabilities of its team to capture these markets.
